The Situation:
This school was experiencing an increase of bullying on school property, online, and on school busses. #NoBull was called in to provide educational trainings in two areas:
  1. Provide the student body with a presentation on the overall #NoBull Program.
  2. Provide a select group of students with a presentation on developing leadership strategies and in-school program development.
Each student was provided with educational tools that were designed to be brought back to the classroom, or into their everyday lives.
 
The Goal:
  • Develop student understanding of bullying.
  • Develop a team of students willing to work together in a leadership capacity.
  • Work to train students in developing in-school programming.
    • Use of presentations, and speaking engagements.
    • Developing a marketing campaign within the school.
  • Identifying students willing to step-up and start a #NoBull initiative within the school.
 
The Result:
Through the educational programming provided by the #NoBull Project, this school was able to improve in the following areas:
  •  Decrease in bullying related incidents.
  • Decrease in referrals to administration for bullying.
  • A #NoBull Team was formed of students and faculty.
  • The team is building a noticeably better school for their students and staff.

The Situation:
This school was experiencing a large number of administrative referrals regarding online and cyber-harassment. Referrals were also being made by students about other students. There was a large number of students who were worried about their online presence, as well as the online presence of others. The #NoBull Project assisted with:
            1. Student Development
            2. Program Development
            3. Presentation Development
 
The Goal:
  • Develop student understanding of bullying.
  • Develop a team of students who would work together on leadership programming.
  • Develop a team of students to build the anti-bullying campaigns within the school.
  • Identify students willing to run a #NoBull initiative within the school.
 
The Result:
  • Decrease in online related bullying referrals to administration.
  • Active #NoBull team.
  • Students use the #NoBull concept in daily language to call out bullying.
  • #NoBull Models are used in classrooms and in anti-bullying programming in the school.
